New UK mirror

Hi there,
We've had a OpenBSD mirror for a little while now. I've just spruced it
up and it is now available on both IPv4 and 6.
It'd be great to get this added to the OpenBSD mirror list.
It is available at mirror.bytemark.co.uk/pub/OpenBSD both over http and
ftp, as well as rsync://mirror.bytemark.co.uk/OpenBSD.
