uhts(4) is USB HID touchscreen driver, not simply USB touchscreen

Hello.
uhts(4) is USB HID touchscreen driver, not simply USB touchscreen. We
already have USB touchscreen driver called uts(4), so there need to be
some distinction. Patch is below.
