I would somewhat assume you read this page before venturing out and
proposing to
run a mirror?

Also, taking the time to figure out how the mirror-file in the obsd
www-repo works
so you can submit a diff or just post your specific info in this format(1)
would ease the process,
otherwise me or someone else will have to re-type it that way manually
anyhow.
