There are very few guidelines about "what will all the readers of the world
want to see here", so the viewpoint I had
when doing plus.html was "put user-noticeable differences in an
understandable format for users to read". Meaning
spelling fixes or source code cleanups didnt go in, but I didnt rule out
someone wanting to follow manpage mangling
in OpenBSD. Same went for opencvs development when that was active.
