in the list of currently known HTTP servers & mirrors, the fourth
mirror in France is incorrectly listed as:
  ftp://ftp2.fr.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/
when it's supposed to say:
  http://ftp2.fr.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/
