week #28 plus.html diff

and still no plus47.html diff sorry, I have been slacking... Well I
won't have internet access next week and I've cvsynced the tree to
work a bit on late changelog. Worse, I won't have internet and
electricity for two weeks after this one. So weeks #30, #31, #32 will
be late unless someone takes care of them while I'm away :). Anyone
interested?
