Hi, I can't configure my customized kernel. I'm getting an error compiling from the start. I've done kernel customization with FreeBSD and NetBSD before and both are the same with OpenBSD. 1) Here are what I've done: cp GENERIC.MP newkrnl cp GENERIC generic ------------------------------- OpenBSD64:4#ls CVS Makefile.amd64 files.amd64 newkrnl GENERIC RAMDISK generic newkrnl~ GENERIC.MP RAMDISK_CD kern.ldscript ----------------------- 2) then: OpenBSD64:5#config newkrnl 3) OpenBSD64:8# OpenBSD64:8#cd ../compile/newkrnl 4) OpenBSD64:14#make depend make: don't know how to make ../../../../arch///locore.S. Stop in /usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/newkrnl. OpenBSD64:15#pwd /usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/compile/newkrnl OpenBSD64:16# There's no rush. This is my personal PC. I'm just want to work on my RaidFrame. I also enter my comment in Facebook, just in case someone has the same problem. Thank you, Jay
