plus.html updates for weeks #30, #31, and part #32

back to internet and electricity. I've just finished an update from
week #30 to last commit tagged OPENBSD_4_8 in week #32:

I started to keep track of -current on a different file.

I messed something on my plus47.html work that will delay again those
updates. Sorry for that.
