plus48.html - few glitches, mostly to do with "prevented"

Hi, all.

Reading the 4.8 list and I don't understand exactly what a lot of these are
trying to say ... maybe a search-and-replace gone wrong?

Prevented pkg_add(1) update to silently ignore a pkgpath problem.

Prevented midi devices from attaching as uaudio(4) that could lead to leave a
phantom uaudio(4).

Moved crypto(4) pool initialization to init_crypto and removed the
crypto_pool_initialized variable. This prevents crypto_getreq() to check if
the pool is initialized each time its called.
