Offer to help update OpenBSD Users page

Good day,

I noticed that the Users page has not been updated in almost three 
years. There are a variety of dead links, and some new ones that could 
be added under ISPs that I know of. May I help in updating this page?

If so, please let me know how I should proceed. I can edit the raw HTML, 
sticking to the HTML 4.01 Transitional Doctype and OpenBSD conventions. 
Should I send you a revised HTML file for your review? Or do you prefer 
some other method for accepting updates?
