SMM is no longer in the base system so maybe books.html shouldn't
encourage to read it:

I removed the link to docum.html. I'm not sure about what to do with
it or the {psd,usd,ssm}.html pages, anyway, the links on 4.4-psd.html
are broken.

About book.html, the page is really great and gave me lots of
excellent pointers. But:

o shouldn't there be something about Perl, since it's in base and used
in some important places (pkg_add(1), security(8))? If yes what about
Schwartz, Phoenix and Foy {Learning,Intermediate} Perl which are
excellent?

o Emmanuel Dreyfus wrote a nice primer to {Free,Net,Open}BSD in French
<http://www.eyrolles.com/Informatique/Livre/bsd-9782212114638> maybe
it should be added in the BSD-specific Books section?
