Sorry to come back with more questions but are you saying that this
"product" was not developed in the US and that the components within the
software, including encryption are non US origin?

     If you are looking for a US export control number then you are
asking 
for something out of context.   OpenBSD is published and shipped from 
Canada worldwide.  It would not have a US export control number.
OpenSSH 
is a part of OpenBSD.  Both are also available electronically from
Canada.
