German translations

!PUY (BEL) and hello,

the german translations are somewhat outdated, and i want to
update them during the following xy weeks.

My question: would it be ok to simply post the diffs to
[email protected] once they're ready?  Or to Philipp?  Or .. whom?
It's just to get rid of those "NOK"s once in a while.
(Being a permanent maintainer of just anything is impossible to do
on an acceptable level as long as i'm trapped in that current
hell.  *Sigh*.)

P.S.:
i've checked out www somewhen (from *the* basement), and yesterday
night i did a cvs(1) update.
The first time a child process started lingering "forever", so
i killed the entire chain after ~15 minutes (of hanging).
The second time (well, i didn't know if i had it all, ok?) my
cheap laptop turned into a upload traffic producer..
Just had to add this, but dunno.
