No access to the bug tracking system

Hello!

I am trying since many days to access OpenBSD's bug tracking system from 
http://www.openbsd.org/query-pr.html but always get the following 
message after pressing the query button:

Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/query-pr-wrapper was not found on this server.
Apache/1.3.29 Server at cvs.openbsd.org Port 80
