I wanted a way to get notification when new patches were listed on the
Errata pages. I wrote an app for Google Appengine that parses the
errata pages and generates an RSS feed and I had a few questions.

This site is http://erratafeed.appspot.com/

The notice on OpenBSD.org is This site Copyright ) 1996-2011
OpenBSD. Is if OK to republish parts of the errata pages as an RSS
feed?

The RSS application depends on the errata pages formatting which has
been consistent for the past several releases. Are there any plans to
change the format of the errata pages?

The feed is working well for me. Would others be interested in using
it? Is is OK to post a link to the application to the OpenBSD misc
mailing list?
