The expected behaviour is that the server administrator will make the FTP collection available at /pub/OpenBSD/, as per the documentation: Structural Layout: The file structure of each server is roughly: /pub/OpenBSD/ Absolute path for HTTP and FTP mirrors where the OpenBSD FTP collection *must* be available. This location can be a link, if necessary. Perhaps you could make the server administrator aware of this problem (with the structural layout of the OpenBSD FTP collection on his/her server).
