remove logios.cz from support.dat

Or more precisely, googling for "openbsd site:enlogit.com" (which
is where logios.cz now redirects) shows a handful of trivial hits
for OpenBSD 3.7 and 3.8, but that's it.

The sync needs to be a separate commit such that timestamps for
build/Makefile don't get confused, right?
