OpenBGPD and OpenNTDP FTP

Hello,

as I can see, the last release of OpenBGPD was on 1 Nov, 2009, and it was
version 4.6.

Why on this page http://www.openbgpd.org/ftp.html
we have still information about OpenBGPD 4.4 and date is Nov 1, 2008 ?

Is it bug?
