Why not go the full way then and use B+Hardenbergstr. 5B;?
I don't think house number 11 was ever correct, since
even my old 2005 Heise (hey c't/iX guys: stopped reading
you at that time after a decade!) / Lehmanns wand calendar
mentions no 5 (and lehmanns.de).

The updates of Tel. and Fax are taken from that 2005 calendar,
too.  I think those are the real base numbers; it seems the
Windows NT users which contact OpenBSD.org always specify their
direct dialing number for updates..
I haven't found the very special numbers mentioned on orders.html
last week, and i've clicked around a lot, then.

While at it: thanks to Lehmanns Heidelberg for sending me the
sources of Debian Woody (3.0?  Was it seven CDs??) for *free*
after i've complained that the distribution came without them!
It's been a decade - but it will not be forgotten.

P.S.: if you search 'Lehmanns Fachbuchhandlung Berlin' in
http://www.dastelefonbuch.de/ you get the number of the patch
below, too.
