Probably best to ask an existing CVSup mirror maintainer, but
I don't think very many people are using CVSup with OpenBSD so
I can't imagine it would need much.. If the server is running
on OpenBSD it will need to be i386.

It's probably better not to have another public git conversion,
there are 2 or 3 already and some people already got confused by
this as they are not interchangeable.
