openbsdindia.org looks to be a mirror of everything openbsd.org is, except
that it is still offering v5.1 on it's homepage.

is that a glitch, or a poor rip-off? apparently the site was registered
back in 2008, but afaik, it has never come so high up in google search
results until recently.
