starting up new ftp mirror

We have decided to mirror the OpenBSD ftp site.  Currently we are 
an official mirror for Gentoo Linux.  I asked the guy in charge of 
the system and he said it was no problem to mirror OpenBSD also.
If you'd like to add us as an official OpenBSD mirror it's ok with 
us.

It is only an ftp mirror.
