Problem EU-Ordering

Hi folks,

when selecting on your page http://www.openbsd.org/items.html the European site I nevertheless end up on the US-site like this: 
https://https.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/order?CD39=1&CD39%2b=Add

The Problem is a missing ".eu" after the word order. It should read like
https://https.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/order.eu?CD39=1&CD39%2b=Add

Please fix it!
