Hi.  I was about to buy the 3.9 CD set plus make a generous donation (via 
PayPal), but when I went to submit the order, I was told not to use 
"prearranged" until I make contact with you(?) first!  Does this constitute 
contact?

Your ordering system is too confusing.  Other vendors have a direct link to 
PayPal on their website - why don't you?
