that reminded me that the recent change regarding 'com* at pcmcia?' 
could go into macppc.html as well.

currently macppc.html has a "Cardbus / PCMCIA bridges" section. I
took the note about wi(4) based cards out of it and made a section
regarding Cardbus/PCMCIA cards (similar to i386.html).

(I should receive some more GSM pcmcia cards in my mail soon, so
that I should be able to test some more modells on macppc)
