there is the following wrong URL for the X.org patch. (protocol should be 
ftp instead of http) 
http://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/patches/3.7/common/013_xorg.patch

The 3.9 web page regarding this patch, http://www.openbsd.org/errata.html, 
is OK.
