openbsd china mirror need help!

Dear comrades in OpenBSD! 
I want to build a mirror in China for OpenBSD, but I met some difficulties, and perhaps need your help. 
When I was synchronizing OpenBSD mirror files, I tried using Canada and USA mirror server, but because net speed problem, I used a lot of concurrent connections. So my IP had been shielded by serveral mirror servers. Can you make a complete tar file for me, then I can download it once!
