faq 6, nfs - no need to reboot for portmap?

I was setting up NFS by following the section in the FAQ and it struck
me as odd that it would be necessary to reboot in order to start
portmap. I tried it without rebooting and it appears to work fine.

I'm attaching the patch too because it'll probably get wrapped...
