i386-laptop.html Dell Inspiron 1000 update

Hi!  I've updated my Dell Inspiron 1000 to 3.9, and have updated my
page (linked from i386-laptop.html) to go along with it.  Thought you
might want the newest info, included as a patch to version 1.193 of
the page (also available at
