i386 laptop - dell latitude x300 works

Laptop: Dell Latitude X300
Notes:	OpenBSD 3.9-current (20060518 snapshot) works
	No APM, but Enhanced SpeedStep works with apmd(8)
	Integrated bge(4) works on docking station, but not with
		Ethernet jack on the side of the laptop
	Integrated auich(4) works with the headphone jack on the side of
		the laptop, but /not/ with the one on the docking station
	USB mouse and USB CD burner in the docking station work
	Xorg works on LCD (external monitor not tested)
	Touchpad and backlight brightness keys work
	MiniPCI iwi(4) works
	PCMCIA not tested
