New OpenBSD mirror in Korea

Hi,

I'm one of the operators of ftp.kaist.ac.kr.
We've setup a new OpenBSD FTP and Rsync mirror in Korea.

Here are the URLs to our mirror:
ftp://ftp.kaist.ac.kr/OpenBSD/
http://ftp.kaist.ac.kr/pub/OpenBSD/
rsync://ftp.kaist.ac.kr/openbsd/

We are mirroring from the second level mirror (Boulder, CO, USA) with
rsync.  We also provide CVSup access, however that doesn't seems to be
an official way to retrieve OpenBSD.

Please add us to the mirrors list.
