Actually, that's what we are also curious about. :(
Unfortunately, we don't have any permissions over the network management.
We are just a group of people who manage the mirroring service.

I guess the network guys are simply too lazy to label them, or suffering
from worms and viruses all the time.  One big reason must be this: most
of our major ISPs use lots of C class networks, and that might make the
PTR management a little more annoying or something.  However, since our
campus uses a B class, we don't fall into this case.  Sorry for the poor
address/name management here.  We hope things get better soon..

One more comment.  I couldn't send a single message to you because your
mail server blocked ours for being in Korea.  So, I decided to compose
messages in Gmail to reach you folks.  I know lots of spam were relayed
thru Korea in the past, and understand spam is really a critical threat.
But we've worked a lot on spam problems and I couldn't believe such
blocking still exists these days.  It's really sad when you cannot
email someone over the Internet.

Anyway, are we getting added to the list?
