Donations do not entitle people to a reference to anything they want. We know how google works too, and if we allow a "donation" to mean "please give us advertising, so that we rise in google's page rank algorithm, and do not get punished so badly". Doing it like that would be business, and our donations are donations, not business. But in general, for tiny contributions we are going to have to be increasingly careful that people are not paying us a "transaction" for an advertising link. We are not selling links, we may not! It must be a contribution/donation/gift! When we receive a contribution, we happen to keep a list of "people who we wish to thank", but this is not the same as giving people exactly the link that they have asked for! Giving people URL's to advertising and gambling sites is specifically NOT what we want to be doing here! So everyone, please keep this in mind.
