Patch: FAQ6: CARP, wrong ifconfig examples

Hi,

I found some wrong examples for CARP in faq6.html (and some translations 
of it). Sadly they could result in strange network behaviour, because 
the netmask will not set correct while using the ifconfig examples.

CARP(4) at OpenBSD 3.9 is not affected. It has the correct ifconfig syntax.
