Typo in plus.html

In plus.html you`ll find this:

Add gssapi-with-mic ot PreferredAuthentications on ssh_config(5).

"ot" should be "to".

Maybe the Speedstep improvements (listed in plus.html) should be
mentioned at 40.html. That should be interesting for Notebook-Users

And maybe this should be noticed too:
"Remove spppcontrol(8) now that ifconfig handles sppp(4)"
