BSD Mall as US vendor as listed on website ??

I'm just wondering if anyone has heard from BSD Mall, listed as a US
vendor of OpenBSD, recently.  I've had their subscription service for
some time, which I've found to be nice.  But now, trying to confirm if a
copy of 4.0 is actually on its way to me, I find that I can reach them
by neither e-mail (MX records point to servers that don't believe
bsdmall.com is local) nor phone (phone system works but I've not reached
a person nor gotten a response to messages left).
