man page for openssl(1)

I can't find this man page listed <http://openssh.org/manual.html>here
yet the man page does exist

Also:
  * the man pages should identify the release version
  * the man pages seem to be out of date w.r.t. the current oopenssl release
  * the man pages should link back to the openssl.org web site
