Missing link - Security page

Hi,

just wanted to point your attention the the security html page.

In the 4.0 section, there is one security issue missing. It lists 4 
security issues for OpenBSD 4.0, but when you select any of them, and go 
to the errata page, there'll be 5 pages displayed. You missed a link on 
the summary page.
