First, this list is not an appropriate place to ask for support.
misc@ or ports@ would be more appropriate; see the lists page[0] for
a list of OpenBSD mailing lists.
Second, Apache is provided in the base install -- there is no
package available. See httpd(8) and the relevant FAQ entry[1].
