OpenBSD images, docs and their filename version numbers

Hi!

I am doing some scripts to automaticaly download the diferent releases of
OpenBSD. Now I have to complains:

1.- I have noticed that only the image of the 3.9 release of OpenBSD is in
JPG format, all others are in GIF format. Could you please change it (or
add) a GIF format image of that image so all are in the same format?

So add (or replace) this one:

2.- I have also noticed that for example in the songs directory all files
finish with the version number (34,35, ..., 39 and 40) but in the docs
directory the lastest version of the OpenBSD documentation files doesn't
have its number (40). Could you also change (or add) a version of doc files
with the number also of the lastests release?

This way all files in the FTP will comply the same name convention, and
scripts will work for all incoming versions without having to change them or
test wich version number is the last one.
