New public FTP/HTTP mirror in Norway

TIHLDE (Trondheim Ingenixrhxgskoles Linjeforening for Dannede EDB'ere) 
is a student organization by the Trondheim and Sxr-Trxndelag University 
College.
We've set up a mirror for some BSD flavors and have currently been 
mirroring OpenBSD for the last couple of months.
The mirror is getting synched with rsync://rsync.de.openbsd.org/OpenBSD/ 
every hour.
The connection is 1gbps, but due to some older switches limited to 100mbps.
