Hi,
pls excuse my second mail today: I don't want to annoy you but jsut want to
provide some hints on little squirks I found in the PF-FAQ:
Hint 1:
On the PF-FAQ index page (http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/index.html) PF is
still explicitly related to OpenBSD-release 4.0 ("...this set of documents is
focused on users of OpenBSD 4.0").
Hint 2:
On the OpenBSD-FAQ index page (http://www.openbsd.org/faq/index.html) I
noticed (at the bottom) an explicit note in the "Recent Updates" section that
the PF example (http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/example1.html) has changed. On
that particular page several links to the man pages on individual issues like
ping(8), sysctl(3) or PPPoE are provided. These links are still with respect
to release 4.0 like the following example for pfctl(8):
http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/man.cgi?query=pfctl&sektion=8&manpath=OpenBSD+
4.0
I realise that right now you are all quite busy to update all the
documentation. Hoped to help you a little bit.
Kind regards,
STEFAN
