Certificate issue with the OpenBSD ordering site

Hi,

Neither FireFox nor Safari (both current versions) can validate the 
certificate for https://https.openbsd.org

I'd like to get a CD set ordered but want to confirm that someone hasn't 
done something sinister to the site. Is it safe to use as far as you can 
see?
