Thanks for setting up this mirror. However, we require official mirrors
to provide the last two releases, that is 4.0 and 4.1, as indicated on
http://www.openbsd.org/ftp.html. Currently your mirror only has 4.1.
So please add 4.0, and then your mirror can be added to our list.
