Regarding setting up an OpenBSD mirror

Hi there,

I work at an ISP in New Zealand and am interested in starting an OpenBSD
mirror - ideally a Second Level Mirror, as we don't want to fall out of
sync because someone else has. I have read your page regarding mirrors
on your site and would just like a little clarification on whether we
can sync from the master rather than a middle man.
