To test both stacks just try to ping localhost : ping 127.0.0.1 ping6 ::1 However, you probably want some connectivity. This is true for both IPv4 and IPv6. IPv4 is probably easier to come by. If you have v4 and your ISP doesn't provide you with IPv6, visit www.sixxs.net or another IPv6 tunnelbroker and get yourself some IPv6 addresses. Then try to : ping www.kame.net ping6 www.kame.net If you have specific problems, try [email protected].
