noticed that there is still a link to Telenet System Solutions, Inc. (RIP) in
that page.

AFAIK that company was acquired by BSDi, and then sold to ixSystems and maybe
transferred to offmyserver, but wherever it is, doesn't provide preinstalled
OpenBSD systems anymore (at least not with that domain name).
