pkg-stable.html lists only 4.1 and earlier package changes

A small maybe-buglet on the web pages:
  http://www.openbsd.org/pkg-stable.html
says nothing about 4.2-stable package errata -- it only lists 4.1 and
before.  If there are indeed no 4.2-stable package errate, I would prefer
to see that explicitly stated.
