Errors on the European OpenBSD order page

Hi, I hope this is the right address, if not please refer this to
whoever looks after these things.

I have noticed the following bugs on the European OpenBSD order page

0. As of this writing, the 4.2 CDs are still advertised with
"Pre-Order the Upcoming Release".

1. Equally, the 4.1 CDs are still advertised as "The Current Release on CD-Rom".

2. The "Make a Donation" section appears two times, both before and
after the "Current Release" section.

3. The OpenVOX CD is still advertised with "Contains all the release
songs (...)", which because of the subsequent OpenBSD releases is no
longer true. The same bug is also present on the international order
page, https://https.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/order

4. The 4.1 poster is advertised as "The Latest OpenBSD Poster", which
is no longer true.

5. The (OpenBSD 4.2) "Because Security Matters" T-shirts are still
advertised as "upcoming goodies".

6. The (OpenBSD 4.1) "Open Source-ami Shirt" is still advertised as
one of "The Latest Cool OpenBSD Shirts".

7. Okay this is not a bug, more of a feature request: It would be cool
if that page contained an email address for people who might have
questions before ordering (or who have feedback like this).

It would be cool if the above could be fixed soon, because I have
quoted stuff from the order page on my xmas wish list and in case my
family considers ordering some of this stuff, they might get confused
if things are not fixed before they look at that page.
