Changed entry on http://www.openssh.org/java.html

Hi,

Long time ago you included my Ganymed SSH-2 for Java library on the 
http://www.openssh.org/java.html page.
In the mean time, I have left ETH and Ganymed continues under a new 
name. Could you please change the entry as follows?
